I hadn’t realized how much weight I had gained until I went to visit my Doctor when I wasn’t feeling well.  When I stepped on the scale, I couldn’t believe it!  I wasn’t fat, but I knew I had begun to
pack on some excess weight.  I didn’t like the direction this was headed-to say the least!!  In addition, Diabetes runs in my family, and I did not want to become another victim.  I had also recently gotten engaged and wanted to look fabulous for my engagement party and wedding.  So, I decided to be proactive.  I decided if I start now when I’m young, then perhaps I won’t fall victim to the illnesses that have plagued many of my family members.  So, after speaking with my fiancé, he suggested I go see Kevin.  Kevin educated me about my eating habits and the importance of whole food nutrition along with exercise.  I took notes on what I should be eating and not eating, listened intently to the message and signed up for training with what turned out to be an awesome trainer.  What really impacted me the most in the message was learning that if you really listen and follow this diet and adapt it as part of your lifestyle- you can reverse some of the damage you’ve done to your body & your health!!  After a week of the Liberation Diet and working out with Visionary Trainers,  I lost 7 pounds.  Me being the ultimate skeptic,  I was flabbergasted and ecstatic at the same time!!  Week two I lost 6 pounds, and continued to lose a few pounds a week until I finally achieved my goal weight after 2 and half months!!  I lost a total of 30 pounds!  What an excuse to go out shopping!!  Now, it’s almost 2 years later, I looked fabulous at my wedding, have maintained the the weight loss and I feel better than ever!!
